City, State, Country, Zip Code

Dear sir/ ma

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

The Life Center calls on all eligible residents to make blood donations to our blood bank.

The past couple of weeks have been challenging to us as an organization as it has been difficult to meet up with the blood demand for our patients.

In order that we keep up with these demands, while keeping our services at no cost, we call on all eligible to make  donations. This will enable us to save precious lives.

Please note that eligible donors should;

  • Be between the ages of 17 and 65
  • Weigh at least 50kg
  • Be in good health as at the time of donation

(You cannot donate blood if you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach bug or any other infection. If you have recently had a tattoo or body piercing you cannot donate for 6 months from the date of the procedure.  I

If you have visited the dentist for a minor procedure you must wait 24 hours before donating; for major work wait a month.)

  • Meet the minimum haemoglobin level for blood donation.

We are open everyday between the hours of 8am and 6pm, please feel free to walk in to have the required tests run, and make donations.

Remember, a drop of blood from you is a hope for life for someone else.

Thanks for the selfless contribution of blood donors who have continuously given abundantly. These kids receive your gift of love thankfully.

Thank you!

Yours Faithfully,

President of The Life Center,

Dr Greg
